1 There is no upper age limit for pap smears, but regular testing in women over age 65 may be discontinued in thosewho have had regular screening with consistently normal results. Paa smears are not necessary in women who have undergone a hysterectomy in which the cervix was removed for reasons other than cervical cancer or it's precursors.
2 Some authorities recommend initiating screening at age 19. Screening at less frequent intervals may be reasonable in low risk individuals, including those with previously normal levels.
3 MMR need only be given to women of childbearing age who lack documented evidence of immunization and are capable of becoming pregnant.
4 Folic acid 0.4mg per day is recommended for women of childbearing age who are capable of becoming pregnant.
